The key here is that you have set up the camera to perform back button AF and, because of this, the AF and the shutter release are decoupled. You will notice that if the lens is de-focused and then you simply press the shutter release button, the camera will take the shot despite it not being in focus yet. This is normal and the camera will not lock the shutter release button from releasing the shutter.
другими словами приоритеты фокуса/пуска работают тогда и только тогда, когда кнопка работы АФ нажата - неважно она назначена на пуск или на AF-ON - но важно чтобы она была нажатой. иначе - камера разблокирует пуск со всеми отсюда вытекающими. подозреваю что на никоне теперь тоже самое.
