Positive:
1. The build is fantastic, very close to Leica without the price tag.
2. Anyone coming from a rangefinder is going to love the OVF which gives you many of the rangefinder advantages: low handheld shutter speeds, seeing outside the frame and continuous tracking of subject (once you turn off image review).
3. Difficult to test low light in the store but the noise control looks superb with nothing visible up to ISO 1600. Like the D700, noise at higher ISOs looks film like with good shots at ISO 6400. Dynamic range looks good also but difficult to test. Looking forward to DPreviews take on this.
4. OVF frame lines adjust for parallax based on the focus distance (nice touch).

Negative:
1. The ISO (Fn) button cannot override auto-ISO if auto-ISO is on and to turn off requires diving into the settings menu. I would have preferred an AUTO setting in the ISO list to let users easily switch between auto and fixed ISO via the Fn button. Easy to fix in firmware update.
2. Autofocus fails if you're not in macro mode for objects closer than 70cm. Didn't think I would need to switch to macro at this distance and macro mode is EVF only.

Второй пункт в негативе свидетельствует о недопонимании писавшего. Большой диапазон АФ сильно замедлил бы процесс фокусировки. ;)

Позвонил в представительство Фуджифилм в Москве, сказали камеры придут в МСК в середине марта, а вот цена 39990 -РЕКОМЕНДОВАННАЯ, но розница будет устанавливать свою.
