Достоинства:  высокая компактность при очень длинном фокусе. незаменим для папарацци, ибо совершенно не привлекает внимания благодаря компактным размерам. специфическая зона нерезкости ("бубликами")

Недостатки:  неавтофокусный, темный, очень маленькая ГРИП, суперсложно наводиться на конкретный объект. крышка объектива при укладке в сумку "объективом вниз" часто норовит слететь и поцарапать переднюю линзу. выдержки выставляются только вручную, методом проб и ушибов. и опять же для кого-то - специфическая зона нерезкости ("бубликами"). плоское изображение

Комментарий: объектив на большого любителя. съемка без штатива практически невозможна, если только не применять очень короткие выдержки (1/1250 и короче). без штатива в видоискателе все прыгает, так что просто даже удивительно, насколько трясутся у тебя руки, оказывается. темный (диафрагма 8 фиксированная), поэтому в сумерках навестись точно - большая проблема. которая усугубляется очень маленькой глубиной резкости. снять движущийся объект, наводясь на ходу, невозможно в принципе. только - настроившись заранее на конкретное расстояние и дождавшись, пока интересующий объект на мгновение окажется в точке наведения резкости. штатив обязателен, но и спусковой тросик не помешает, ибо шевеленка от нажатия на кнопку спуска бывает заметна. в общем - геморрой тот еще.теперь о хорошем. очень дальнобойный при очень компактных размерах. люди в 30-60 метрах чувствуют себя раскованно, ибо не могут представить, что такая фитюлька способна их довольно четко снять. за что платятся :) специфическое боке позволяет делать очень эффектные кадры, недоступные в принципе другим объективам.штатив обязателен, ибо даже при коротких выдержках ОЧЕНЬ трудно навести резко на объект из-зи ДИКОГО дрожания изображения в видоискателе (я не хронический алкоголик :). причем штатив нужен - не какая-нибудь ерунда, а основательный агрегат. Manfrotto 190CLB с головой 141RC - только-только хватает, но лучше бы что-то более массивное.в общем - стекло на большого любителя (тем более, что стоит нехило - более 500 уе). для желающих компромиссов вполне подойдет отечественный Рубинар 8/500 с переходным посадочным колечком. честно говоря, я не увидел большой разницы между этими стеклами. гипотетическая бОльшая резкость сигмы успешно компенсируется невозможностью точного наведения на цель - все равно промахнешься хоть немного, а ГРИП у обоих весьма короткая.оценка у меня двоякая. за плоское изображение, отрицательную эргономику и бешеную цену за мыло и геморрой - однозначно - кол. но. если применять только для съемки определенных сюжетов и знать, на что идешь - то пять. некоторые сюжеты другими объективами просто невозможно снять. поэтому я ставлю оценку "пять", но как объективу узкоспециального применения.
