FDNY rescue personnel lash unidentified man to rescue basket in Sheepshead Bay after he fell or jumped into the water from Emmons Ave. wearing just an apron and bleeding, witnesses said. Man was taken to hospital. Thursday, September 7, 2006. Brooklyn, NY. P.S. today is September 11th 2006, five years since World Trade Center was demolished by terrorist attack on September 11, 2001.
