Дописал попозже:
К кого-нибудь была такая проблема, что любое открытое изображение получается как бы свернуто в полоску и никак его вернуть в нормальный вид нельзя, сначала дома такая штука случилась, потом на работе, ничего не понимаю. Вот с новой версией та же проблема. :(

Оказалось Bibble не дружит с некоторыми темами Windows.
Поменял оформление на дрегое (тоже не родное) теперь все показывает нормально!
