где по Москве можно купить Пеленг Fisheye? [in English]

Hi,
Sorry - I have to write this in English. My Russian is very rusty and I have no experience writing cyrillic characters with my keyboard... Please feel free to answer in Russian.

I'm trying to locate a shop in Russia (preferably Moscow) which sells the Peleng 8mm fisheye. I know I can get it on the net (Ebay, www.rugift.com), but since I have a friend who frequently goes to Moscow, I might as well try to get it at a "local" price and avoid shipping and other types of charges. Unfortunately, the manufacturer (Belomo in Minsk) has been less than helpful in answering my questions... First I was told that they don't sell to private people and when I asked for a list of distributors, I was told that there are no distributors in Moscow and that perhaps my friend should try to get it in a shop. ;-)
Anyway - any hints would be appreciated!
