Mirrorless Camera for Travel Photography

Hello everyone,
I'm currently looking for a new mirrorless camera, primarily for travel photography. I enjoy shooting landscapes, cityscapes and the occasional street photo. I'm looking for something lightweight but capable of producing high quality images.

Here are a few features I'm hoping for:
Excellent image quality in a variety of lighting conditions
Good battery life for long days of shooting
Interchangeable lenses with lots of options
User-friendly interface as I'm not a professional but am very passionate about photography.
Budget: Under $1500 
I've considered models like the Sony a6400 and Fujifilm X-T30, but I'm open to other suggestions. Any information about these models or other recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
