550EX ili Metz 54MZ3 ? (for canon 10D)

Gents ,
I’m looking for some advice.
Which flash is better for Canon 10D?

The best advise - go to Fred's Miranda (www.fredmiranda.com) forum on EOS - lots of related, first-hand info available there as well a suggestions from an experienced owners.

This is such a difficult question that I have to think and to talk to friends to find the result, to read some literature, to surf on Internet and to find some specific sites about the topic, one can’t solve this problem at once and easily.
