просит выйнять акк и всунуть обратно... пробывал... непомогло.... от чего может быть проблема? кто знает? может от жары? или в сервис идти над?

ПС. Вот что рекомендует бразильский кэнон:
Lets try resetting your DSLR by using the following steps in attempt to
resolve this issue.
1. Turn the camera OFF and remove the memory card and battery first.
Then detach the lens and place it out of the way. Use the camera body
cap to prevent dust from getting inside and let the camera sit for 20
minutes.
2. In the interim please clean the lens contacts with a pencil eraser
and a blower brush. Use the eraser to gently scrub across the lens
contacts only and then gently wipe this off with a microfiber cloth to
remove and excess debris, being careful to avoid getting any into the
lens.
3. Put these items back on/in the camera and turn the power switch to
and again.
4. Using the Mode Dial, change from Auto to Program and back while
trying to shoot or perform with the camera. Does the issue still persist
or do you still receive an error?
5. Try a different Canon EF lens on the camera of any focal length.
Does the camera still not respond/ throw an error?
Here are some other things to try:
- Check and clean the battery contacts or use a fully charged battery.
- Are you in an area that has high humidly or cold temperatures? If so,
move to a more suitable location.

Сдал в сервисный сказали проверять будут неделю... сегодня позвонил им сказали будут менять деталь.. шутер асси... хз что это такое может кто то знает?
фотоаппарату еще и года нету а он еррор написал(( за такие деньги техника не должна ломаться(

такая же проблема, в сервисе вот уже неделю лежит, сказали что то же самое «шутер» (как я понимаю затвор?)…
